BOUND by Ceca operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience. BOUND by Ceca is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

All product descriptions may be updated at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and to limit quantities at our discretion, including by person, region, or jurisdiction.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. BOUND BY CECA reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it.

We must receive and process payment before an order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance.

If we do not accept, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK]. You represent and warrant that purchases are made for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

4. Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import charges.

Prices in our online store may differ from those offered in physical stores or by third parties. From time to time, we may offer promotions governed by separate terms. If a promotion conflicts with these Terms, the promotion terms will prevail.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You also agree to keep your details updated so we can complete your transactions and contact you if needed.

You confirm that any payment method used is valid and authorised, and that you will pay all charges incurred at the posted prices, including shipping and applicable taxes, if any.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All made-to-order pieces require a minimum of 3 weeks for production before dispatch. This production timeframe does not include shipping or transit time.

Where rush production is available, selected pieces may be completed within 5 days, subject to availability and a 30% surcharge. Rush orders do not include shipping or transit time and must be confirmed by us in writing.

If you require a rush order, please email us in advance so we can confirm availability.

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including trademarks, branding, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement of such content, is owned by BOUND BY CECA, its affiliates, or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

BOUND BY CECA’s names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BOUND BY CECA or its affiliates or licensors and may not be used without prior written permission. Shopify’s name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks appearing on the Services remain the property of their respective owners.

BOUND BY CECA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with BOUND BY CECA.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and BOUND BY CECA, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with BOUND BY CECA.
