Returns & Refunds

Made-to-Order

Each BOUND by Ceca piece is created with intention, always made-to-order, made-to-measure and often personalised to the individual. Such pieces are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law and cannot be returned or cancelled, except in the case of a fault or where the item does not conform to its description.

Where a piece is found to be defective, your statutory rights remain fully protected.

Sample

Sample pieces are offered as final sale. These items are not eligible for return or exchange, except where they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Returns

For eligible items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery and must dispatch the item within 14 days of notifying us.

Returns are undertaken at the customer’s responsibility. This includes return shipping costs, as well as any associated charges such as import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees where applicable. We recommend using a tracked service, as BOUND by Ceca cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Where required under EU law, original standard delivery costs will be included in your refund. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return or valid proof of postage.

All returned items must be declared as “Returned Merchandise”.

Condition

Returned pieces must remain in their original state: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Due to the nature of latex and leather, garments must be tried on with care. Items showing signs of wear, improper handling, or the use of dressing products will not be accepted. We advise using powder when trying on for the first time to preserve the material.

Process

To initiate a return, please contact hi@boundbyceca.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages

All orders should be inspected upon arrival. If your piece arrives with a fault, damage, or discrepancy, please contact us promptly so the matter can be assessed.

BOUND by Ceca does not accept responsibility for damage caused through wear, misuse, or improper care. Latex is an inherently delicate material and must be handled accordingly.

Non-Returnable

Unless faulty, the following items are non-returnable:

• Made-to-order and personalised pieces
• Sample items
• Sale items
• Gift cards

In-Person Purchases

Items purchased in person are not eligible for refund unless required by law. Exchanges or store credit may be offered within 7 days, subject to condition and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome of your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact hi@boundbyceca.com.
