Shipping Policy

At BOUND by Ceca, each piece is made with care, intention, and time. All items require a minimum of 3 weeks for production before dispatch. This timeframe reflects the made-to-order nature of our pieces and does not include shipping or transit time.

Rush Orders

For selected pieces, we may offer a rush production option of 5 days, subject to availability and a 30% surcharge. Rush orders do not include shipping or transit time and are not guaranteed unless confirmed by us in writing. If you require a rush order, please email us in advance so we can confirm availability.

Shipping & Transit

Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched using the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that all delivery estimates are separate from production time and remain subject to carrier processing, customs clearance, and transit delays outside our control.

Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
